Alderman Stone Chartered Building Surveyors and Building Engineers is an experienced local and independant firm providing a cost effective professional service to our clients for over 25 years.  

We are Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) regulated and members of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE).  The founder of the company is a Fellow of both of these institutions due to his experience. (FRICS and C.Build E FCABE).

We utilise the latest procurement techniques and computer aided drafting and modelling systems and are at the forefront of industry direction and emerging markets for all building surveying and development services;  and specialise in surveys,  project management,  party wall matters and property development.
